Bicentenary celebrations around Hong Kong prompt deep conversations
Around Hong Kong, different celebrations brought together people to celebrate the lives and teachings of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh. A young girl invited her classmates to a screening of the film Dawn of the Light, prompting the children and their parents to reflect on the film’s powerful themes, while at the University of Hong Kong, another screening brought together about 20 students to watch and discuss the film. Other celebrations included a presentation at a university and a singing group that performed at a home for the elderly.
