Bicentenary celebrations flourish across Germany In a variety of settings across Germany, communities commemorate the bicentenary of the birth of the Báb and honor His sacred mission through the arts and uplifting community activities including interfaith concerts and theatrical performances. Several communities staged performances in honor of Táhirih and Mullá Husayn, two of the early heroes of the Faith, who selflessly contributed to the spiritual movement led by the Báb. In Offenbach, a luminous outdoor depiction of the Shrine of the Báb attracted friends and neighbors, and a conference in Mainz stimulated meaningful conversations with neighbors. On the grounds of the Bahá’í House of Worship in Langenhain, visitors entered a tent to view with reverence a number of sacred relics related to the lives of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh.
