Sunset in Kiribati launches global celebrations
With the setting of the sun over the island nation of Kiribati, the bicentenary of the birth of Báb has now commenced. In this historic year, the festival of the Twin Birthdays of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh will be celebrated by millions of people worldwide in the coming 72 hours from the first to the last sunset, concluding in Hawaii on 30 October.
