Painting and planting enhance celebrations
Communities across Myanmar beautified their properties—painting and repairing the buildings and fences, planting flowers, adding colorful decorations—in preparation for the celebrations. Whole communities joyfully took up this work and the results added to the festive spirit of the occasion.
