200 tulips beautify a neighborhood in Norway
In Drammen, Norway, children and youth invite their neighbors to participate in the beautification of their community. Around 30 people of all ages and backgrounds work together to plant 200 tulips behind a local apartment block in commemoration of the bicentenary.
