Women’s group composes songs for the bicentenary
In the community of Makutano, Kenya, a group of women from different faiths meet regularly to pray and consult on how to promote the welfare of their children. During the period leading up to the bicentenary, they came together to make plans for how they would contribute to the community’s endeavors and compose songs to perform at the celebration.
