Cohorts of youth build capacity for service
Multiple communities in Sierra Leone have, in the lead-up to the bicentenary, assisted an increasing number of youth to participate in educational processes aimed at raising capacity to contribute to the progress of their villages and neighborhoods. Youth involved in conducting classes for the spiritual and moral education of children have been assisting the children to prepare presentations for the celebrations. The young students’ families and friends were invited to the commemorations.
