News of the bicentenary shared through the media
Throughout the United Kingdom efforts are underway to share the news of the bicentenary of the birth of the Báb with greater numbers of people through media-related initiatives. These include the publication of newspaper articles and radio broadcasts that address the history and teachings of the Bahá’í Faith, discuss the significance of the bicentenary of the birth of the Báb, and share details of celebrations taking place in a number of local communities in the country. A number of government officials have also acknowledged the significance of this occasion.
