A 2-kilometer procession marks celebration

In Limbe, Cameroon, youth, children, and adults marched over 2 kilometers to celebrate the birth of the Báb. The procession was led by a marching band, followed by children and youth waving posters which had printed on them principles of the Bahá’í Faith. A large outstretched banner was held, inviting people to join celebrations across the two days.

Dez localidades no leste de Camarões se preparam para o bicentenário

Por um período de três dias, mais de 160 pessoas de dez localidades vizinhas no leste de Camarões se reuniram na cidade de Betare-Oya para se organizar melhor e se preparar para as celebrações do bicentenário local. Depois de dois dias estudando e consultando juntos, a reunião foi encerrada com orações musicalizadas, canções de celebração, danças alegres e apresentações de chefes de distrito, líderes locais, jovens e crianças.

These spiritually-charged and uplifting gatherings, characterized by the active participation of youth and children, are, in many instances, attended by traditional leaders.
